Something Going On K K Remix
This track is an uptempo remix of the title theme from the original Animal Crossing. It prominently features acoustic instruments such as guitar and violin, along with electric organ. In the second half of the song, an improvised banjo solo is included, and the key is raised by a full step for the final loop.
Returning from Brawl, this track is not merely a remix of the title screen theme from Animal Crossing: Wild World, but a whole medley of tracks from the game. This track includes the title screen theme, the Museum theme, the 3 p.m. theme, the Loan Paid Off jingle, the 6 a.m. theme, the Nook's Cranny theme, and the Town Hall theme before looping again. This song was rearranged by its original composer, Kazumi Totaka; it retains a very similar style to the original soundtrack, but with a more upbeat, techno-inspired touch.
This piece is an uptempo ska punk remix of the two songs Kapp'n would sing to the player when ferrying them to and from Tortimer Island. The arrangement includes electric guitar and brass sections while retaining Kapp'n's original vocals from "Male 1A" and "Male 1B". The final chorus is raised in key by a full step.
This track is an arrangement of a song that was added to K.K. Slider's repertoire in Animal Crossing: New Leaf. Bubblegum K.K., as its name implies, is influenced by bubblegum pop; the Japanese name, Keke Idol, also indicates that it is styled after the music of Japanese idol groups. Like the Go K.K. Rider! arrangement, it combines the style similar to that of the aircheck with K.K.'s vocals. As such, the song has highly synthesized instrumentation and a funky, disco-inspired style. This arrangement also incorporates the "DJ KK" remix of the song, as well as the main theme for New Leaf; it was rearranged by its original composer, Atsuko Asahi.
In the following week, Jay and Linda get married in Mexico. On the day of their wedding, they come back to their house. There, Robin comes to give them the passports and is unexpectedly shot by Tony and his men. Linda and Jay escape, but Jay is shot in the process. In a car chase, Linda stops the car at a train, puts Jay aboard it, and drives off. Back to the present, Jay meets with Jamaal, one of Bob's employees, and is ambushed. Jamaal is killed but not before telling Jay of Linda's whereabouts. Jay kills off all of Tony's men and then kills Tony by smashing his face into the car door. He is shot then by Gina. He drives off to the location where Jamaal said Linda was last seen. It is shown that after Jay was put aboard the train, Linda was ambushed on a cliff and sent Jay a text message saying, "I am going...Sorry, Forget me". She drives off of the cliff, killing herself by drowning. Jay cries and then smiles, jumping off the cliff as well. Finally, he is reunited with Linda under the ocean, and they embrace through death.
